     Filter your drinking water. Water makes up over 70% of your body & therefore plays a very important role in all bodily functions. Proper hydration will result in a more youthful appearance & help balance acidity in the body as well as helping to flush toxins from the system. Drink a minimum of 10 glasses per day or 250ml per 5 kg body weight. See page 2 of our brochure. Chlorination in water kills bad and good bacteria therefore kills good intestinal flora.  Result – candida.

     Cook with Cold-Pressed Extra Virgin Olive oil (monosaturated, contains bioflavonoids & vitamin E) or Flaxseed oil, don't use any other oil for cooking or salads.

     Get mercury amalgams out of your teeth. One filling releases 10 mcg's of mercury per day into the metabolism, when fillings have been removed, get chelator chelation therapy  to decrease the levels of metals in the body (will remove toxins from chemotherapy faster) & also increases blood circulation (removes calcium from plaque, therefore the plaque melts & alleviates the need for bypass operations by up to 91%. Have 1 session a year as prevention, also good for sexual function. It's all about blood supply!

 

     Deworm using our herb complexes; Paraway (dry) & Remedy (tincture) with a colon flush (Citro Detox, Remlax, Mag Caps). Parasites also harbour viruses & bacteria & they may even harbour major flu & viral strains in eyes. Parasites play an increasing role in ill health (secrete carcinogens) & need to be taken care of at least every month. If ill, do a 30 day anti-parasitical & repeat in 2 weeks. Path lab should show a 0 egg count.

     Organically grown fruit & vegetables contain up to 8 times the nutritional content of standard, N.P.K. grown produce not to mention the lack of toxic chemicals from pesticides & herbicides.      Eat salads & fruit daily for enzymes & plant sterols & sterolins. Wash all your fresh produce thoroughly & peel, to lower pesticides & herbicides & reduces your chances of ingesting parasites & bacteria.

     The sun stimulates your body's production of Melatonin & vitamin D3 which is crucial in Calcium absorption, 5-10 minutes a day will help keep your vitamin D levels at peak. Serotonin is also important for sleep & mental health & increases bone density.

     Cook with Cinnamon, Cloves, Parsley, Garlic & Pumpkin Seeds as they are all natural dewormers at least every 2nd day.

      All dish cloths to be soaked in bleach daily .they all full of bacteria &viruses.

 

     Fruit & veggie juice as well as soup will help detox & also increase oxidising enzymes to increase liver function. Do this at least twice a week. 2 meals per week to detox.=730 detoxes p/a. very powerful.

     Wash hands often (especially after going to the restroom) to reduce chance of bacterial infection. Studies show that on average only 36% of men & 75% of women wash there hands after going to the toilet. Disease & parasites are passed from hand to hand.

     Scrub your nails twice daily. If bacteria from nails was consumed daily you would be sick permanently.  Keep nails short. Very important.

     Scientists have found that if you allow bacteria to multiply in your mouth, you double your risks of heart attacks or strokes. The main culprit is the streptococci bacteria. Solution: Brush your teeth at least twice a day, morning & evening. - Floss teeth after brushing. - Clean your tongue properly as a collection of bacteria on this organ can lead to bad breath.      Do a 20 or 30 day detox at least once a year & 3 day monthly detoxing. Flush once weekly with remlax. Very important.

     Freeze your meats to –20oC, to kill parasites.

     Waterless, pressure or steam cooking in glass is best. Rather undercook veggies. Cook at low temperatures, just below 200F or      90oC in a stainless steel pressure cooker with a glass insert

     Don't use plastics,  store foods in glass. Plastic leaks carcinogenic toxins into foods which firstly alters food taste & secondly, slowly but surely poisons our bodies. P-Nonylphenol (p-NP), is an environmental toxicant with oestrogenic effects on fertility. It is found in most plastic products such as clingwrap & polystyrene. Diethylhydroxylamine or DEHA.   Libido suppressant.

     Don't eat margarine gm Rape seed (contains transfatty acids) rather use butter. If ill however, cut both. Better yet, use Olive oil. Linseed for Omega 3 & 6.

     Aluminium & heavy metal build-up plays an important role in dis-eases such as Alzheimer's, Parkinson's and free radical aging. Get rid of your Aluminium cooking pots, face powders, baking powder, commercial antiperspirants & free-flowing cooking salt. A lot of pain killers also use aluminium. Ask your government why?      Carbonated drinks contain Carbon Dioxide (CO2) & need Calcium, from your body, to form a more stable compound, namely Calcium Carbonate (CaCO2). The cans will also leach aluminium an immune suppressant. PLUS SUGAR !

     Microwaves alter food composition. Changes USABLE  L form amino acids to D form which are not rapidly absorbed, besides they leak radiation.

     Don't eat potato chips or fried food, they have twice the fat content of steamed or boiled potatoes & most of fried food is prepared in hydrogenated oil.

     Don't have radiation, x-rays, ultrasound, chemotherapy or MRI. You would not use radiation or chemotherapy on someone who was well because it would make them sick. These so called therapies do not distinguish between good or bad cells, they destroy all, just as anti-biotics destroy all good & bad bacteria. See page 837 of “The Definitive Cancer Guide”

     The gastrointestinal tract the foundation for mucosal immunity cell mediated immunity, salt impairs the immune system reducing natural immunity against all disease. Added salt is a poison & toxin that damages our metabolism. If salt is used it should be sea rock salt or herbal salt. (Positive Health News 4/2000). Use rock salt only. (1/2g max daily) Others use aluminium to reduce clogging.

     Eat animal products. Fish that eat vegetation are OK. If you must eat meat try Ostrich, crocodile & venison, no more than once a week. For HIV & Cancer, no animal products for 6 months till 0 viral count then only vegetation eating fish species, organic chicken, crocodile and venison.

     Nicotine in cigarettes is highly addictive & it‘s in the tobacco companies interests to keep you hooked for life. Smoking speeds up ageing & half of all smokers die of cancer. Cigarettes are as addictive as Heroin & contain more than 4 000 carcinogens.

     Eat processed/denatured foods. Processing destroys the nutritional value of foods. Junk food is as the name implies. Don't eat genetically engineered foods. Organic only for recovery & best health.

     Don't use fibreglass insulation, it affects lung function. & IS carcinogenic. Fresh paint & new carpets can also give off toxic chemicals.

     Don't eat meat that has been raised on anti-biotics (destroy natural intestinal flora) or hormones. Do remove the skin from chicken, as this equals half the total fat content verses cooking with the skin.

     Don't eat & drink at the same time. This dilutes the stomach acid & stops proper digestion & absorption.

     Don't use petroleum products (Vaseline), regular soap or shampoo, hair spray, dyes (Henna only) cold cereals, cosmetics, decaf coffee, plastic bottle water, sugar, diet or carbonised drinks (natural fruits drinks okay) or toothpaste, call for alternative.

     Don't drink pasteurised milk. Rather use skimmed milk. Pasteurised milk has high levels of bacteria, herbicides, pesticides & hormones which stress the immune system. Better yet use Organic Soya milk, oats milk.

     All transformers need tachyons to reduce their Electro Magnetic Fields (EMF's). Don't get within 3 metres of transformers, TV's & PC's especially. If you are going to use an electric blanket use it to heat the bed & then turn it off when you get in.

     No canned food, salted, pickled, frozen, smoked or denatured food. Preserved with Nitrates.

     Don't use a cell phone without adding some form of EMF protection. Research 9shows that 3 hours of cell phone usage can reduce CD4 counts by up to 1/3 even digital watches give off EMF.

     Fats store toxins in particular hydrogenated fats. Reduce fat intake to reduce toxin intake & storage. Cellulite is toxins stored in fat! OLIVE OIL ONLY.

     Don't eat white maize meal, no germ in its leached and bleached, course ground yellow is best.( Keep in fridge.)
